GIFT
We are proud to announce our 20th anniversary. We have been serving the Kennebunks and surrounding towns since 1989. Our beginnings were quite modest. The original store front was about 600 sq. ft. on Kennebunk’s Main Street. We were in what was affectionately known as the “Bowdoin block”. During the 11 years on Main Street, the store expanded to approx 1200 sq. ft. and grew to include a sampling of gifts and party goods. In October of 1999, the business was moved to Shoppers Village Shopping Center at 45 Portland Road. A newly renovated 2400 sq ft store front became our first home in the shopping center. This new store allowed us to enhance our shipping services and expand our gift and greeting card selection. These efforts were rewarded by our customers who seemed pleased to watch our growth. Within 2 years we had outgrown our space and moved to a much larger storefront in the same shopping center. Our current home is a spacious 6500 sq ft store. We now offer one of the largest independent gift stores in the area. Over the years our shipping services have continued to grow. We have been recognized by UPS as one of the top 100 Authorized Shipping Outlets in the country for five consecutive years beginning in 2004 (2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008). To put this accomplishment in perspective, nearly 3000 stores compete for this honor nationally. Many of them are in far larger communities than we are. We are extremely proud of this feat and want to thank our loyal customers for their continued support. We hope to serve you for many years to come.
